I'm Christa, wellness coach and intuitive healer.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked and studied in the holistic health space; exploring both scientific and spiritual practices to unlock the secrets to healing, transformation. and manifestation. My journey—often guided by intuition—has led me to discover powerful ways to address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blocks to creating the life we desire. My mission is to help women like you reconnect with your divine essence, embrace your authentic expression and step into your full potential with confidence and joy.

In my coaching practice, I blend holistic coaching with energy healing, somatic therapy, sensuality training, subconscious reprogramming, and guidance tailored to your unique astrological chart and human design blueprint. Together, we will awaken your authenticity, intuition, innate gifts and magnetism. The techniques I teach support you to transform your body and mind; enhancing your ability to channel your life force energy and co-create with spirit to manifest the health, wealth, and relationships you’ve always dreamed of.
