For the e last 20 years I have studied and worked in the wellness and healing industry. I have been on a journey (unknowingly at times) to uncover the scientific and spiritual practices to unblock the inner child, ancestral and past-life pain that disconnects us from the truth that we are each God/ Goddess in our unique form; and as such the Creatrixes of our lives.

Now, I support women on their self-realisation journey; sharing the learnings and tools that I have found to be most effective in "the remembering" process. These include energy healing, somatic and emotional release therapy, sensuality and embodiment practices, subconscious reprogramming as well as channeled guidance using my intuitive gifts (claircognisent, clairaudient, clairsentient).
My mission is for all women to love every inch of their being, release the pain of the past and the patriarchy and reclaim their sovereignty.

Qualifications:
Reiki II (Usui) healer, Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sports Science, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, Masters in Physiotherapy, STOTT Pilates instructor, personal trainer,
self-taught in Astrology, Humans Design and intuitive Tarot readings.
