Over seven carefully curated modules, you’ll journey through each of the seven main chakras, gently activating and balancing their energy while using somatic practices to release blockages that may be preventing you from fully embodying your authenticity and Divinity.
Each chakra governs a different aspect of your physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing.

Root Chakra — Your foundation, sense of safety and security within the physical world and your physical body
Sacral Chakra — Your emotions, sexual energy, pleasure, creativity, fertility, and abundance
Solar Plexus Chakra — Your personal identity, willpower and confidence — your “I CAN” energy to take action towards your goals
Heart Chakra -— Your capacity for acceptance, forgiveness, unconditional love, peace, joy, and authenticity
Throat Chakra -— Your communication and expression — your ability to speak your truth, listen to the truth of others, and hear your own inner wisdom
Third Eye Chakra — Your intuition, insight, reflection, and psychic perception. Your ability to see beyond logic and physical reality, accessing deeper truth, inner knowing, and multidimensional awareness
Crown Chakra — Your connection to higher consciousness, Divinity, Oneness, and the limitless potential of your true nature
As each energy centre becomes more balanced and activated, you'll naturally begin to experience greater vitality in your being and more ease and flow in every area of your life.
Each Module Includes

Format: 60–70 minutes of video-recorded teaching and practices per module, plus supplementary written material and integration practices.
