Sometimes you don't need a six-month plan. You don't need another book. You don't need to analyse the situation from every possible angle. Sometimes you simply need space to stop. To listen. To feel. A particular pattern keeps repeating. You feel emotionally or energetically heavy. You're struggling to trust your next step. Or you simply feel called to go deeper. What Happens? Every session is intuitive and unique. Rather than following a rigid formula, I work with what is present for you in the moment. Depending on what arises, our session may weave together energy healing, Reiki, intuitive guidance, somatic practices, chakra work, meditation, Light Language and Light Code transmissions, subconscious exploration, and other tools from my healing practice.
