This empowering container is here for you to discover and embrace your soul truth (your energetic essence) and to align with this on a mind and body level! Release past trauma and transform into the embodiment of self love and worthiness; your inner Goddess. I created this program because I know what it’s like to live a life that looks good on paper and gave me financial security but left me burnt-out, unfulfilled, moody and terribly disconnected from my JOY and PLEASURE. I was wearing a LOT OF MASKS and seeking love and validation external to myself. I felt like a shell of myself. I ignored the whispers of my soul for long enough ... eventually I ROCK BOTTOMED; my world fell apart; from my health, intimate relationship and career. After breakdown, comes breakthrough. Long story short I needed to heal my trauma. Program includes: ~ 12 x 90 minute coaching sessions. ~ Between session Whatsapp/ email support. ~ Trauma healing via subconscious reprogramming, clearing core childhood blocks in each chakra. ~ Reiki healing. ~ Personalised somatic therapy, sensuality practices and mindfulness tools. ~ Intuitive guidance on your personal astrology and human design. ~ Exercise and dietary support to suit your individual goals, needs and energy type.
